How to send the welcome email to parent/caregivers to allow them to activate their accountsMarch 14, 2017
- From the send message screen press the orange ‘Alert Teachers’ button
- From here you can select which teachers you wish to send the alert to
- All Teachers in Facility
- All Teachers Assigned to Room
- A Specific Teacher
- Select where your alert will be sent, add a message and press the ‘Send’ button.
How the notification will be received from the teachers app.
- When the notification is delivered it will be displayed as a push notification.
- Pressing on the push notification will display an alert box within the KidReports app.
- There will also be a new message notification displayed over the main menu button in the top left-hand corner of the dashboard.
- To view the message open the ‘Message Center’ from the main menu
